About me
I am Anna-Maria Mostratou, a physiotherapist by profession and by passion. I chose this path because I have always admired the perfection of the human body, the wisdom of nature, and felt a deep calling to help and care for people.
Helping… Caring… Words often misunderstood today, both by those who seek healing and by those who offer it.
To care for you, to help you — does not mean to take over for you. It means to walk alongside you, not to carry you.
Each person must take ownership of their own healing journey.
As therapists, we do not heal you — we support you as you heal yourself.

"Life welcomes us with a breath and bids us farewell with a breath. Along this journey, we deserve to breathe freely — and fully."

At some point, Thérèse Bertherat and Antigym entered my life. Years ago, as I read her books, I realized how closely her perception of the body resonated with my own. How wonderful it would be, I thought, if through therapy, a person could learn to observe their body deeply, listen to it, care for it, and ultimately heal it — empowered by their own knowledge and awareness.
It is with great joy that I continue to offer care and support to people — guided by my ethics and knowledge — so that they, in turn, can take ownership of their own bodies, of the home in which they dwell.
To discover it…
To take responsibility for it…
To care for it…
To love it — a little more each time.
I often speak of two springs within our body — one at the front, one at the back, stretched along its length. The front spring is compressed and tense; the back spring is stretched to its limits. As a result, neither moves, neither pulses with life.
I relax the stretched back spring to give space to the front, allowing both to move again — with balance and harmony. I restore the rhythm and pulse that both the body and the breath so deeply need."
