Our sessions
Antigym sessions are usually weekly and last around an hour and a half. They are typically conducted in small groups, although individual sessions are also available.
Guidance is offered solely through verbal instructions — no physical touch — empowering each person to explore and reconnect with their body independently.
There are movements, areas, and abilities within us that we have “forgotten” or never truly “known”.
Fortunately, the body holds both knowledge and memory. Each session offers a beautiful opportunity to meet and reconnect with ourselves — an encounter open to all, regardless of age, gender, mobility level, or even pregnancy. We all have the right to awaken and discover our bodies.
